Video Description
Having been through so many diets, Laura say’s “being in a support group with a registered dietician that it really is pretty scientific. If you know how many calories your body burns while at rest, and if you know how many calories you're given to eat in a day it's more about what I can do versus what I can't do. I learned that it wasn't a matter of that I couldn't have my favorite foods. I just needed to learn how to make those foods in a different way or plan to have whatever it was that I wanted.” Exercise has always been a big part of Laura’s like but she “learned along the way that you can't just exercise and not eat right, and you can't just eat right and not exercise.”
